Are we anti-American?
No. American companies have built remarkable products, and plenty of them remain excellent choices. This directory isn't a boycott list and we're not interested in tribal takes on technology.
What we are is pro-European. We're a Switzerland-based team, and it felt natural to support the place we actually live and work. We think Europe's tech ecosystem is underrepresented in the default choices people make, and we want to surface the alternatives so that supporting a European company is a convenient option rather than a research project. If the best tool for your job happens to be American, use it. We just want you to know what else exists.
